30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return eligibility
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items can’t be returned, including perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
